Earth's Bed Series

There is a certain inviting texture on the floor of the woods. While sitting on the forest’s surface, one touches mosses, dry sticks, cold rocks, and growing seedlings. While watching the glowing sunny yellows breaking through the heavy undergrowth warming the forest’s floor, you become aware of the significance of the beginnings of life, and the importance of the life which is generated from the earth’s bed.

My Earth’s Bed Series, at this time, contains 5 long narrow paintings and 6 drawings.

In all of the art works I’ve focused on meeting the earth, feeling the presence of it, remembering its fragility and its sacredness, while also trying to capture the passion of the Earth’s colors and energy.
